My name is Kevin Pascoa, aka Picasso, and I’m so excited to welcome you to Picasso’s Spices.
I started Picasso’s Spices because I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy fine-dining flavors at home. My unique spice blends have a variety of uses. The flavors are definitive but not over-powering – they are a precise balance of seasoning to enhance the flavor of your food.
I believe in simplicity in dining with an appeal to quality and flavor. While I love cooking for others and enjoyed my time – over 15 years! – working in commercial kitchens and restaurants, my true intention is to help others find passion and enjoyment in cooking at home. To that end, I’ll be providing recipes, menus, and cooking tips to help you use my spices to their best advantage.
