Great dry rub or seasoning for absolutely anything you want to throw on the grill. I especially love it on chicken, beef and pork, but it goes well on just about anything over a flame. Also, if you don’t have a grill, try using convection or an air fryer to get that bit of char crust on the outside of the protein.
